The Compliance Manager will ensure all engineering and manufacturing operations adhere to industry regulations and laws. The role involves developing company policies, managing audits and risk assessments, and ensuring employees are educated on the latest regulations.

Description

  • Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Manage risk assessments and implement preventative measures.
  • Educate employees on industry regulations and company policies.
  • Handle any violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Regularly review the company's compliance management strategy.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.

Profile

A successful Compliance Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
  • Excellent knowledge of industry laws and regulations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Experience with BRC
