Our client is a leading maintenance contractor dedicated to providing exceptional service to social housing properties across Bristol.
As a Multi-Trade Plumber, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving social housing properties. Your primary focus will be plumbing, but you'll also leverage your additional skills to handle a variety of maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Conduct general maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, tiling, and plastering
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
- Proven experience in a multi-trade role
- Competence in additional trades such as carpentry, tiling, or plastering
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving license
