Role Overview:

As a Design Manager, you will oversee a prestigious high-end residential fit-out project in Mayfair. Your expertise in high-spec joinery and stonework will be crucial in delivering a project that meets our high standards of luxury and sophistication. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure every detail is perfect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from conception to completion for high-end residential projects.
• Manage and mentor the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exquisite, functional designs.
• Oversee the development of detailed drawings and specifications, focusing on high-spec joinery and stonework.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and compliance in all design work.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new ideas and technologies into our design practices.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing high-end residential fit-out projects, with a focus on joinery and stonework.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in high-spec residential design, joinery, and stonework.
