Maintenance Electrician

The role is a permanent position paying up to 40k basic
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.
Flexible start and finish times
On call 1 in 4 (£150 standby plus OT)
Vehicle supplied due to location
Description:
Exceptionally skilled in the hands on maintenance, diagnosis and repair of electrical and general building services plant including:
electrical fault identification, maintain, inspect and test, lighting fittings (includes emergency lights), lamp replacement, safe installation and inspection of electrical equipment.
Compliance checks
Maintain stocks of critical spares and other stock pertaining to responsibilities.
Water hygiene (treatment), sampling and testing, temperature recording and associated tasks to comply with L8
Planned and reactive maintenance activities
Small works
Overlap with mechanical and fabric
Requirements:
A recognised apprenticeship in electrical discipline (level 3 etc.)
18th edition electrical safety.
Ideally AM2
Good verbal, numerate, interpersonal and computer skills
Personally motivated with initiative, flexibility, and innovation to continually develop skills.
A good knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation
Will need to pass through an enhanced DBS check
