We have an exciting vacancy for a Quality Improvement Officer.  You will support the Quality Improvement Manager by conducting and reporting on a range of quality improvement activities such as lesson observations and deep dives on teaching, learning and assessment within Centres, sub-contracted partners, and the workplace.

Location: Home Based with extensive travel across the North of England and North Wales

The successful candidate will have:

• Degree-level qualification or relevant industry experience
• Teaching level qualification and/or assessment qualification at level 4
• GCSE English A-C, 9-4, NVQ level 2, O Level A-D or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in improving teaching learning and assessment in apprenticeships
• Demonstrable experience of conducting a range of quality improvement activities and quality improvement processes
• Demonstrable experience of identifying outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices and production of action plans/SMART objectives
• Working knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety legislation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Driving Licence

Desirable:

• Level 4 qualifications in either Electrical or Plumbing subjects
• Excellent IT skills
• Experience in a range of direct and subcontracted delivery models
