Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently supporting a client in the search for a Warehouse Technician

We are looking for a dependable trustworthy person to join the Operations team. The successful candidate will be an essential member of the Operations department and will be responsible for picking, packing and assembly of the orders along with arranging the carriers to collect the parcels each day.

Our client strongly encourages applications from ex-military personnel however, all candidates will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use a computer and have experience with CRM/Computer software system
• Take responsibility for tasks and task management
• Communicate with the sales team regards the progress of sales orders
• Have a technical skill set (engineering) to assemble kits for customers.
• Have a creative mindset to be able to create solutions in our small special department using mini band saw and belt sanders.
• Relate to our Operations Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

• Engineering skills/technical mind set
• Positive and solution-based outlook in life
• Effective communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Strong GCSE or equivalent preferred
• Must have a strong grasp of Microsoft Office and Outlook
