Job Description

We are currently seeking a Client Account Administrator (known internally as Account Admin) to join our Client Management team at our Corby (Geddington Road) site. 

As Client Account Administrator you will work within the administrative team to deliver excellent customer service, providing client delight through efficient and accurate delivery of day to day tasks, whilst assisting the AE in delivering innovation and exceptional service levels.

As the successful candidate, you will contribute to the overall success of the client contract, and will report directly to the Account Executive.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (some flexibility might be required during pear periods) offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a market leader.

Job responsibilities of Client Account Administrator include:

  • Management of client queries and log issues with site accordingly
  • Assist with the creating and circulation of reports for both Returns and E.fulfilment in line with
  • timeframes as specified
  • Management of client inbox, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting the clients Merchandisers and key contacts with queries on Stock, CMO, Customer
  • queries, Replenishment, Hamper builds, Returns and E.fulfilment
  • Processing corrections on orders, review and issue of re-work instructions, corporate order
  • management, orders in error corrections and escalations, track sample requests and other
  • administrative tasks as outlined in the departmental SOPs
  • Managing back orders and accompanying Intraday calls and emails
  • Supporting with Wholesale despatches (printing orders, completing paperwork and keeping labelling guidance up to date with support from client)
  • Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and administration colleagues
  • General maintenance on ReSCU and SMaRT in line with trained practices (SOPs)
  • Liaising with client key contact on a daily basis in an articulate and efficient manner
Qualifications

To apply for the role of Client Account Administrator you will possess the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience is desired
  • Strong IT skills – competent in all Microsoft Office platforms
  • Experience within a logistics/warehousing environment would be preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
  • Confident communicator to stakeholders at all levels
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic
