🌟 Experience Preferred: Ideal candidates will have previous experience working with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD.

💪 Handling Challenges: Previous experience managing Challenging/Confrontational Behavior is a plus!

What You'll Do:

🎯 Guiding Growth: Work closely with individuals and groups of students to ensure they stay on task and complete activities set by the teacher.

🛠️ Addressing Needs: Tackle behavioural and special needs issues alongside the teacher, fostering a supportive classroom environment.

👩‍🏫 Teacher's Right Hand: Provide invaluable support to the class teacher by helping to implement lesson plans, aims, and content.

👥 Small Group Leadership: Lead small groups of students in defined activities, fostering engagement and learning. 🛡️ Ensuring Safety: Provide unwavering support for individuals and groups of pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.

📝 Individualised Support: Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans, tailored to each student's unique needs.

🤝 Building Bridges: Cultivate strong student-teacher rapport, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• ✅ Hold Right to Work in the UK
• 🔒 Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
