Compass Corporate services are proud to be working with a leading national not-for-profit charity to recruit a Finance Business Partner based in the Oxford area where you will be the key finance point of contact for the Divisional Director for the care settings in the given portfolio of up to sixteen care settings, to advise and guide on all aspects of financial management and control of Trust resources and assets. It is a very exciting time to join this well established, leading organisation who provide reputable trusted care, support and housing to residents and tenants across over 60 locations throughout Gloucestershire, Lincolnshire, Oxfordshire, Suffolk, West Sussex and Wiltshire.

The Role         

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Finance Operations and will be a key hire of supporting the Senior Leadership Team. The post holder will have financial responsibility Providing a high-quality business partnering service to the Operations teams within the care settings to drive improved financial performance. Review and finalisation of the monthly management accounts for each of the care settings in addition to a consolidated pack for the Divisional Director, in partnership with the shared service centre for management accounting

Requirements                 

1. Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
2. Commercial and Business Partnering background beneficial
3. Healthcare or social care experience would be beneficial but not essential
4. Experience of managing workload with resilience and be commercially minded
5. Deliver meaningful and insightful commentary which supports the accounts and reflects key business issues
6. Strives to continually improve own performance and performance of others around them

Location                  

You will be working hybrid with the occasion of travelling to different sites around the Oxfordshire Gloucestershire region when required.
