*** 1-2-1 and small group support for GCSE Science students as they approach their exams.

Requirements:
  • At least a 2:1 bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
  • Passion for the education of secondary school students.
  • Strong knowledge of scientific concepts.
  • A clear, cohesive communication style.
  • Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
 
The Role:
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to under-achieving GCSE Science students.
  • Assisting teaching staff in day-to-day tasks including planning and delivering engaging science lessons.
  • Building strong bonds with students and staff.
  • Adapting learning materials to suit the unique needs of each student.
  • Partaking in staff meetings and parents’ evenings.

This ‘Good’ secondary school is searching for a Science Academic Coach to aid teaching staff in their mission to support all students in achieving their best.
