This ‘Good’ secondary school is searching for a Science Academic Coach to aid teaching staff in their mission to support all students in achieving their best. The senior leadership team provides new staff with outstanding support as they settle into their new role and fantastic training opportunities enrich staff skills.

Requirements:
- At least a 2:1 bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
- Passion for the education of secondary school students.
- Strong knowledge of scientific concepts.
- A clear, cohesive communication style.
- Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
The Role:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to under-achieving GCSE Science students.
- Assisting teaching staff in day-to-day tasks including planning and delivering engaging science lessons.
- Building strong bonds with students and staff.
- Adapting learning materials to suit the unique needs of each student.
- Partaking in staff meetings and parents’ evenings.
