We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join this busy team where you will be supporting a busy service and installation department, and managing administrative tasks, to support service operations, and to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. This role is full time, office based.

Key Responsibilities for the Service Administrator

  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and process service documentation.
  • Assist in inventory management and order processing.
  • Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed.

Experience, skills, and attributes for the Service Administrator

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Excellent administrative coordination skills
  • High numerical accuracy
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Willingness to question data
  • Skilled at juggling tasks and prioritizing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

What's in for you?

As the Service Administrator you will be starting on a salary of £26,700 which will be reviewed after probation, this role is office based, Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5pm (37.5 hour week) healthcare, sick pay, 33 days holiday (including bank hols) pension, long service awards and more.
