Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping pupils succeed?

Experience with challenging behaviour or additional learning needs is required.

A diverse school in Cardiff is looking to hire a strong, experienced Teaching Assistant to support disengaged pupils with additional learning needs. The role will involve 1-2-1 support and small group work to help these pupils complete their GCSEs. This is a full-time position with the potential for permanency for the right candidate.

The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the teachers to maintain an innovative, dynamic, and engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for supporting and interacting with students to help them reach their full potential. Strong behaviour management and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as a commitment to uphold the school's policies and ethos.

If you hold a Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children's Learning and Development or equivalent, have relevant experience, and are confident in teaching English and Maths up to GCSE level, we want to hear from you!
