I am working with a very successful construction and development company, undertaking a variety of large commercial projects across the Midlands. We are looking to recruit an experienced Planner to get involved with Tenders and Live Construction projects across the region.

You will be an integral part of our client's project delivery team. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging new build projects, utilising your expertise and contributing to the successful planning and execution of projects up to £100m.

Your Day-To-Day Duties:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring they align with project objectives and timelines
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather relevant information for accurate planning
• Conduct risk assessments and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential delays
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from the schedule
• Work closely with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Utilise industry-leading planning software and tools to optimise project efficiency

The Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Planner within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of new build projects, with exposure to projects valued up to £100 million
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant qualification in construction management or a related field

Candidates whom have undertaken a similar role previously, with an equivalent contractor should be able to achieve the higher end of the salary bracket.
