Requirements:
- At least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree.
- Passion for the learning and development of young children.
- A natural ability to build strong bonds with young children.
- Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
- Previous experience of working alongside children, or in a school setting, is beneficial but not mandatory.
The Role:
As an EYFS Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1-2-1 and small group support to young learners to aid the development of their basic literacy, numeracy and social skills. You will assist teaching staff in the planning and delivery of stimulating lessons and sessions to encourage the development of skills through play. You will work in close collaboration with teaching staff and parents to ensure a productive and positive learning environment for all children.
