- High-end fit-outs, including retail, leisure, casinos & other commercial
- Site-based 80%, Office-based 20%
- Oversee multiple sites simultaneously (depending on size & complexity)
- Energetic and proactive contracts manager needed
- Estimators and surveyors are separate functions within the business
- Join a team of 3 other contracts managers
