£30,000 - £36,000/annum

Our client is a highly experienced resin and screed contractor with 45 years expertise in the specialised industry. Our client also provides professional indemnity insurance cover and is one of the first in the UK to do so.

Due to our client's success, they are looking to develop further and add additional value to their highly experienced team by adding a Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting project planning, general administrative tasks, overseeing the procurement process, monitoring progression, scheduling of materials and assigning tasks to the required personnel.

Project Coordinator - Position Overview

  • Support Project Planning: Assist in developing project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and plans.
  • Administrative and Financial Tasks: Manage invoices, purchase orders, inventory reports, and other financial documents.
  • Oversee Procurement: Supervise the project procurement process.
  • Client Meetings: Assess client needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
  • Resource Coordination: Ensure timely allocation of project resources.
  • Task Assignment: Assign tasks to team members and clarify expectations for milestones and deliverables.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the project team and clients throughout the project.
  • Monitor Progress: Assist in tracking project progress and team performance, providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule stakeholder meetings, document discussions, and generate reports.
  • Promote Collaboration: Foster cross-team collaboration to complete tasks and deliverables.

Project Coordinator - Position Requirements

  • Competent with a range of computer software's / IT literate.
  • Can communicate efficiently and effectively within a team.
  • Good planning and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise own workload efficiently.
