As an Oncology Sister/Charge Nurse, you'll:
- Lead a team of experienced SACT nurses.
- Provide safe, holistic, and individualised patient care.
- Identify potential emergencies and manage patients during their treatment.
- Support and develop your team through performance appraisals.
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
