We're seeking a dedicated Sister/Charge Nurse for a state-of-the-art ITU Unit in London, part of one of the UK's largest private hospital group. This prestigious hospital boasts the largest private critical care unit in the UK, equipped with cutting-edge technology for specialist care of level 2 and 3 patients.
About the Role: As the ITU Sister/Charge Nurse, you'll lead from the front, guiding your team to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate exceptional specialist care. You'll be a role model for thier values, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of all patients are met. You'll use your leadership skills to coach, mentor, and engage with your team, stepping up to lead the unit in the ICU Lead's absence.

What We’re Looking For:
- Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin
- Recognized post-graduate Critical Care Course (60 credits)
- Experience in Neuro, Spinal, or General ITU
- Management experience (desirable)
