As the Director of Operations, you will:
- Ensure efficient delivery of support services within the hospital.
- Provide leadership for all non-clinical functions.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services on strategic plans.
- Maximise patient activity and increase revenue.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Support departmental managers in formulating plans and goals.
- Ensure NHS activity delivery according to RTT 18 week protocols.
The Director of Operations will receive:
- £60,000
- 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service

- Experience in interpreting financial data.
- Experience in analysis, reporting, and proposal development for capital assets.
- Commercial contract management experience, including NHS contracts.
- Knowledge of revenue management systems and processes.
- Proven ability in driving efficiency and optimisation activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of regulations within hospital management.
- Experience in recruitment, selection, and staff development.
- At least two years’ experience in a healthcare setting and similar role.
