As Operations Director, you will work in a well-equipped private hospital which has 50 beds, 10 consulting rooms, 3 theatres, a recently refurbished endoscopy suite and much more. - Creating, developing and delivering the strategic plan for the hospital.
- Overseeing all non-clinical services within the hospital, including estates, catering and bookings.
- Providing highly visible leadership to all teams.
- Helping identify business development opportunities, such as new services and development of existing services.
