Stroud Resourcing is helping a busy private hospital recruit a Director of Operations to join their team in Wiltshire, the role comes with an attractive salary of £60,000. As Operations Director, you will work in a well-equipped private hospital which has 50 beds, 10 consulting rooms, 3 theatres, a recently refurbished endoscopy suite and much more. You will be sitting on the Senior Management team, and will work closely with the Hospital Director and Director of Clinical Services, your primary responsibilities as Director of Operations will include:
  • Creating, developing and delivering the strategic plan for the hospital.
  • Overseeing all non-clinical services within the hospital, including estates, catering and bookings.
  • Providing highly visible leadership to all teams.
  • Helping identify business development opportunities, such as new services and development of existing services.
To apply for this Operations Management position, you will need experience managing non-clinical teams (admin, hospitality, engineering & more) ideally within a private healthcare setting, but we will also welcome applications from individuals working within the NHS. You will also be required to have experience developing new services and improving processes.
