£50,000 - £65,000/annum Car Allowance, Travel Paid, etc.

Invision Recruitment are partnered with an Award-Winning, leading construction company who currently turnover circa£300 Million annually, whilst securing £2 Billion worth of developments in the pipeline.

My client are known for their efforts within Residential Developments, however, do also specialise across multiple sectors such as Commercial, Leisure & Retail.

Position: Project Quantity Surveyor

This Scheme consists of a New Build Residential Development consisting of 212 Units, split between Traditional Build & RC Frame.

Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To)

Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of active sites and managing the procurement of multiple packages at various stages of construction. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing the programme of works
  • Conducting monthly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors
  • Organising pre-start meetings with relevant subcontractors
  • Distributing tender documentation to subcontractors
  • Analysing subcontractor tender packages
  • Awarding subcontractor packages
  • Valuating completed works and negotiating payments
  • Preparing and reviewing Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) on a monthly basis
  • Managing cost control and reporting
