Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Construction Disputes Solicitor with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling a wide range of contentious construction matters, working with a diverse portfolio of clients including developers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and advising on a variety of construction disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Drafting and reviewing pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and other stakeholders.
Attending court hearings, mediations, and settlement meetings.
Providing clear and practical advice to clients on construction law and dispute resolution processes.
Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 1-2 years PQE in construction disputes.
Strong academic background with a solid understanding of construction law.
Proven experience in managing construction disputes, including litigation and arbitration.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong client management skills with a commercial approach to problem-solving.
