Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Intellectual Property Solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our esteemed IP team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of intellectual property matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work, and will represent a diverse client base ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on a broad spectrum of intellectual property issues, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs, and trade secrets.
Managing intellectual property disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advice.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and other stakeholders.
Attending court hearings, mediations, and settlement meetings.
Providing strategic and practical advice to clients on protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights.
Contributing to business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 2-5 years PQE in intellectual property law.
Strong academic background with a thorough understanding of intellectual property law.
Proven experience in handling a variety of IP matters, including contentious and non-contentious work.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong client management skills with a commercial and strategic approach to problem-solving.
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
