Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated music professional eager to inspire and educate the next generation of musicians? Our Secondary schools in Braintree are looking for passionate Music Teachers to join our team starting in September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals committed to fostering a love for music and enhancing the musical abilities of young students.

Role and Responsibilities: As one of our Music Teachers, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic music lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum that caters to a variety of musical interests and skill levels.
  • Inspire students through innovative teaching methods and creative lesson plans.
  • Organize and lead extracurricular music activities, including choirs, bands, and school performances.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their musical development.

  • A strong passion for music and teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
  • Creativity and adaptability in delivering a diverse music curriculum.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in music education are highly desirable.
