Position:  Production Team Leader

Suitable for: Productivity Manager / Production Planner / Process Team Leader

Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire

Salary: to £35k

Our client is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their management team in a role responsible for the day-to-day running of the company’s manufacturing operations. You will be required to ensure effective and efficient use of our client’s production resources, achieving fulfillment on time and in full of our delivery commitments. Personal professional development will be encouraged and supported.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Production Team Leader, Production Planner, Process Team Leader or similar
• Experience of working in the manufacturing industry
• Experience within an environment managing multiple product manufacturing production lines
• Experience of process improvement and ISO:9001
• An ability to understand business and commercial issues
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• A relevant qualification in management would be an advantage but not essential
• Able to understand and adhere to manufacturing industry regularity requirements
• Prove track record of meeting relevant targets
• Excellent organizational and efficient administrative skills with ability to prioritise
