Stafforce are recruiting for a Demand Planning and Customer Service Support role at Sofina Foods (Youngs Seafood), based in Grimsby for maternity cover of up to 1 year.
Hours; Monday- Friday 8.45am-5pm
Payrate; £14.32 p/h
The role;
Key responsibilities for the Demand Planning and Customer Service Support role are below;
- Management of timely and accurate order processing
- Primary daily point of contact for retailer supply chain contacts and internal business manager
- Interpret customer intelligence to provide the best possible view of short term future sales
- Support great service through proactive problem solving and identifying opportunities
- Support Demand planner to create accurate forecasting on Sofco Demand.
- Maximise consistent customer service to 98.5%
- Maximise In Store availability to 99%
- Improve forecast accuracy
- Balance between customer and business expectations
- Establish credibility with stakeholders
Skills and Experience required;
- Analytical
- Microsoft advanced
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Work on own initiative and collaborate as a team
- Team player
- Understanding of supply chains within an FMCG environment
