Flux Consulting have partnered with a dynamic and innovative design and property company, dedicated to creating exceptional spaces in the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. Their collaborative approach involves working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and end-users across both public and private sectors to deliver outstanding results and they are committed to excellence, creativity, and sustainable design solutions.

Due to expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Architect for an ASAP start.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of RIBA Levels 4-5 and demonstrate a proven track record in leading complex architectural projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, mentor junior team members, and shape the future of their design practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects in the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and end-users to ensure project success.
  • Develop and deliver innovative design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Oversee project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and support staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s design processes and practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum RIBA Levels 4-5 qualification.
  • Proven experience in leading architectural projects within the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.
  • Strong design and technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, planning policies, and sustainability principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. The position pays a competitive salary and comes with a range of benefits.
