Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic architect to become a key player in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a passion for innovation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and methodologies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in architectural software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, planning policies, and sustainability principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. The position pays a competitive salary and comes with a range of benefits.
