As a Pre-Assessment Nurse, you will:
- Assess patients' health and well-being across a varied caseload.
- Conduct electronic pre-operative assessments.
- Identify and escalate concerns to senior nursing staff.
- Perform full patient health assessments and triage pre-operative requirements.
- Assist in delivering care to meet individual health and well-being needs.
