Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Adapt teaching materials to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Nurture students' academic, social, and emotional growth, celebrating their victories and supporting them through challenges.
• Help create a safe and positive classroom environment where every child feels valued and understood.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a holistic support system for each student.
• Keep detailed records of student progress, sharing triumphs and areas for improvement with the classroom teacher.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to better support your students and grow in your role.

Qualifications:

• Previous working or personal experience with children or vulnerable adults is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A heart full of patience, empathy, and a true passion for supporting the educational development of children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.
