About you:

  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer facing and have experience in a customer service, helpdesk role or similar. 
  • You will know how to work well under pressure
  • You will be IT Literate (Word, office, excel, etc)
  • You should have excellent communication skills

What your day to day will look like:

  • You'll Work Monday – Friday, 40-hour week, based in Wakefield (Commercial Office) 
  • Managing correspondence with the customer (emails and calls), logging jobs on CAFM system, scheduling reactive appointments for engineers, following-up planned maintenance to ensure they have all job details and they're meeting SLA's, material co-ordination, subcontractor liaison, uploading and chasing timesheets, expenses etc.
  • You will be working as part of the clients helpdesk team, engaging with them daily in a customer facing environment.
