My Public Sector Client based in Birmingham, is looking for a number of customer advisors to join their Probate team. This is a temporary role until March 2025, with the chance of an extension. This role is full time, Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. Usual business hours will be 9am - 5pm but this will be due to business need. The pay rate for this position starts at £11.59 per hour and increases to £11.88 at week 13.

This role is fully onsite due to the nature of the work. This role is due to start on Monday 5th August 2024. Please only apply for this role if you can start on this date. Due to training, the client will not be able to accommodate substantial amounts of annual leave in the first 8 weeks.

This is a telephony Customer Advisor role, where you will be the first point of contact for users requiring updates or signposting regarding their probate application.

You will provide an accessible and inclusive service to service users (members of the public and professional users), providing clear signposting and guidance, providing information to resolve their queries, processing and updating high volume case details accurately and efficiently. You will be dealing with the short-term needs of service users.

This role is within a service centre and is a telephone-based role with a very small amount of administration required, therefore you must be comfortable spending the majority of your day on the telephone. Applicants should have a resilient and assertive nature and be able explain the process, so customers understand fully what to expect. Applicants would ideally have some contact centre experience, however those with strong customer service skills will be considered.
