Overview:
The client I am working with is leading the UKs fastest scaling transport project, the biggest rail investment ever made in England an one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects. They are seeking a Sustainability specialist to join the team that will lead on the development of the Sustainable assessment strategy - primarily BREEAM Buildings and infrastructure.
Role Responsibilities:
As the sustainability specialist you will be responsible for undertaking BREEAM pre-assessments, maintaining technical standards and act as the sustainability champion for the entire project. You will provide technical advice and solutions to various internal teams on sustainable design practices whilst promoting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work.
A successful candidate will have:
- Knowledge of BREEAM Buildings and BREEAM Infrastructure
- Understanding of sustainability principles
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication and negation skills
