In today’s world communication via video conferencing is essential and can incorporate a robust network. Our client can provide the full suite of products to enable your business to stay connected and secure at the same time.

Other services offered include Cyber security, Networks and unified comms, Telephony, video conferencing, Managed voice and Virtual offices.

The role

We are looking for an IT Sales Manager experienced in selling and providing solutions and networks. You’ll need to be knowledgeable with video conferencing, digital signage, firewalls,  switches, cabling for network with devices that require to be on the network, both wired and Wireless.

You will have access to the office which is used as a demo suite with all the hardware such as:

  • Bose speakers,
  • NEC screens,
  • camera’s to support the various conferencing
  • video technologies – MS Teams,
  • WebEx and Zoom

What the job is and your responsibilities:

As a Corporate IT Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business.

  • Achieving and succeeding sales targets
  • Increasing revenue
  • Building strong relationships with the accounts by understanding their business needs and supporting them accordingly – Visiting their premises where necessary
  • Responding to customer queries and reporting to the relevant department when needed
  • Understanding the products and how you can up-sell effectively increasing product penetration
  • Negotiating new contracts
  • Building, managing, and forecasting a solid opportunity pipeline

About You:

  • We are looking for someone who loves speaking to customers and enjoys giving a fantastic experience to build rapport and develop strong relationships.
  • Having excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset is essential to get the most out of cross selling opportunities. Time management and being pro-active is also important as you will need to manage your workload effectively.
  • Run successful campaigns to sell and promote products and generate new leads and interest.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

IT sales experience is essential, as you have the knowledge and skill to nurture, negotiate and sell whilst keeping the client happy.

Experience in selling Unified Communications and other related multi-product solutions (Connectivity, Cloud, IT Managed Services and Cyber Security) is a bonus.
