Involve are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer. Our client is a leading provider of HVAC solutions, dedicated to delivering air conditioning services to commercial, and industrial clients.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients dynamic and expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems. You will work with a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively to provide optimal climate control for our clients.

Work predominatly in North/North West with some over night stay required nationally, projects are 2-4 weeks but can go on for longer. Working hours 8 hours per day with overtime paid for anything after.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRF/VRV systems, and ducted systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining system issues and solutions clearly.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar role.
• Level 3 in Refrigeration desirable but not essential
• F-Gas is required
• IPAF&PASMA desirable but not essential
• Strong technical skills and understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• City&Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration.
• F-Gas City&Guild 2079-11
• IPAF
• PASMA
