We are currently partnering with an esteemed secondary school in Hackney, London, seeking an exceptional Music Teacher to join their vibrant department this September. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to inspire and nurture young minds through the power of music education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and innovative music lessons for students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore their musical potential.
• Plan and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their individual learning journeys.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the music department and across the wider school community to enhance the music curriculum and extracurricular offerings.
• Participate in school events, concerts, and performances, showcasing the talents and achievements of your students.

Candidate Profile:

• A qualified teacher with a passion for music education and a strong commitment to student success.
• Experience teaching music at the secondary level (KS3/4/5) is preferred but not essential for outstanding NQTs.
• Excellent subject knowledge and a thorough understanding of the national curriculum for music.
• A creative and innovative approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of learners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
