HR Officer urgently required for a West-End based Regulatory Body.

The role is mainly remote based. 4 days at home with 1 day in the office.

Working 35 hrs per week, it pays £20.87 per hr (equivalent of £38 000),

The role is for 2-3 months temping. Possibly longer. We need someone who will be picking up operational issues, policy updates, sorting out contracts and reappointments for workers and generally getting stuck into the HR activities.

The HR Officer will be responsible for providing high quality human resource advice and support across the organisation in a variety of challenging and complex scenarios.

Duties will include:

  • Recruitment and On-boarding.
  • Leading on the management and delivery recruitment and selection processes.
  • Employee Relations.
  • Provide operational advice to managers on the full range of HR issues.
  • Support disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • HR Reporting.
  • Review and draft HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide operational guidance.

Experience:

  • Experience of independent and cross team working within an HR department.
  • Qualified to a minimum of CIPD level 3.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
  • Exposure to coordinating and managing all aspects of the recruitment cycle.
  • GDPR compliance experience around confidential and personal information.
  • Familiar with managing HR data analysis and producing reports.
