Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our construction team. As a Rigger, you will be responsible for safely assembling and installing rigging equipment such as cables, ropes, pulleys, and winches to lift, move, and position heavy construction materials, equipment, and machinery. Your role will involve interpreting blueprints, determining load capacities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install rigging equipment according to project specifications.
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Coordinate rigging operations with other team members and departments on construction sites.
• Calculate load capacities and determine appropriate rigging techniques.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rigging equipment malfunctions.
• Current CSCS Card 
• IPAF 
• DBS 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Rigger or similar role in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various construction environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in rigging operations.
• Experience with different types of rigging systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
• CSCS Card 
• IPAF
