We are actively seeking a Level 2 or 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a dedicated team near Cambridge. Your role will involve creating a nurturing space where children feel secure, loved, and are encouraged to explore the world around them. As a key player in the team, you'll contribute to building strong connections with both children and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Support the holistic development of children, addressing their emotional, social, and cognitive needs through well-planned activities and interactions

• Take on leadership responsibilities within the team, providing guidance and support to less experienced staff members
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Recognised Early Years Education qualification at Level 2 or 3
• Experience of working in a day nursery environment
• Understanding of the EYFS framework
• Positive, enthusiastic about working with children and able to work in a collaborative manner with the nursery team
