Our client is one of the region's longest standing construction groups who over many decades have forged an enviable reputation for delivering quality projects, this is evident by the numerous awards received over the years by both the company and its employees. They predominately operate within the Education, Health, Industrial, and Commercial Sectors with work secured predominately via repeat business and frameworks. Projects valued £500k - £20m.

They require a Site Manager to oversee the internal works of an apartment scheme on the Wirral, starting on Monday 12th July. The project is scheduled to run for another 2 to 3 months.

Duties to include:

  • Overseeing project whilst reporting to a Contracts Manager
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on site
  • Responsible for health and safety and managing sub-contractors
  • Ensuring the client's needs & requirements are met
  • Delivering project to timescale, ensuring work is carried out to the highest possible standard
