- Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- Location: Barking, Essex/East London
- Industry: Facilities Management / Maintenance / Cleaning
Business Development Executive Duties
- Generate new business relationships within the Facilities Management Sector and explore revenue opporutnities
- Manage existing accounts and build on relationships in order to generate more work streams within the business
- Attend events and network with industry professionals in order to promote the business services
- Attend client meetings
- Provide quotations with the assistance of the Director
- Work to monthly and yearly targets
Business Development Executive Skills & Experience
- 3+ Years in a Sales/Business Development role
- Good knowledge of FM industry is desireable but not essential
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Office based: Part Time / Tues to Thurs with flexibiity on hours
Business Development Executive Salary & Benefits
- c£30,000 Per Annum Pro Rata + Commission Package
- Flexible working hours: Tues to Thurs
- Annual leave and pension scheme
- Opportunties to develop and progress as the business grows
