I am recruiting a Deputy Care Home Manager on behalf of a leading care provider for a brand new luxury Care Home in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire. This is a newly built home with fantastic interiors and wonderful facilities.
In order to be considered for this Deputy Care Home Manager role you will have previous experience in a Deputy Manager role within the elderly care sector and you will also have knowledge of medication and care planning. In return, the client will offer you an amazing salary of £60k per annum.
The client I am recruiting for is wanting a highly experience Deputy Manager who has also worked in other high calibre homes.
Roles and responsibilities:
• As a Deputy Manager you will provide management, development and support to the other staff working within the Care Home
• You will work alongside the Care Home manager, assisting with the day to day running of the Care Home
• You will ensure that all the residents receive the highest standard of care.
Essential sills
• You must have Care Home Deputy Management experience
• As Deputy Care Home Manager you must have knowledge of medication, elderly care and clinical knowledge
• You must have knowledge of high end luxury care
