At our supportive school in Hemel Hempstead, we are seeking a compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide invaluable support to students with additional learning needs. You will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create an inclusive and enriching learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with additional learning needs
  • Adapt and differentiate materials to meet individual learning goals and abilities
  • Assist in classroom management and behaviour management
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
