Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor required for a leading Central London contractor. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a Central London enabling works project in a prime location. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for procurement, tender returns and placing orders. Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be working on an exciting project that has 18 months left to run, with future projects being in and around the Zones1 & 2 London area. The role would suit a strong Assistant Quantity Surveyor who would be looking to step up to Quantity Surveyor level in 6 - 12 months.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Responsibilities

• Producing sub-contractor orders
• Assisting with monthly valuations
• Analysing tender returns
• Pricing high value variations

Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Key Skills

• Degree Qualified
• Able to conduct take-offs
• Strong procurement experience

Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary
