Customer Liaison Officer required to work for a social housing provider in Solihull.
About the Job:
My client requires an experienced and professional Customer/Tenant Liaison Officer liaise and support tenants with regards repairs and improvements to their social housing properties.
You will liaise with contractors and tenants to ensure the smooth process for repairs and improvements. This will mean visiting tenants where required.
The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and to strict deadlines; at all times ensuring that a high quality standard of work is delivered. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking housing association who are continually look to expand their team.
About You The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of working within a similar role in social housing is required
* Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and to meet strict deadlines
