IT Sales Account Manager.
IT Hardware and Microsoft / Security Product Licensing Sales Account Manager (BDM/AM hybrid).
Swansea, South Wales. To suit candidate living in Swansea area, Bridgend, or greater Cardiff areas. 2 Days in the office dropping to anchor days once established.
£25,000 - £35,000 basic depending on experience. £90K + OTE achievable! (Uncapped + Bens)
Applause IT are working with a well-established multi office IT Hardware and Licensing re-seller looking for a further 2 IT salespeople with circa 2 years + experience of winning and developing IT buying customers.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face and to spot opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within their platform.
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
Qualifications
Previous new business sales and account management experience in the IT reseller market. Circa 2 years +
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Experience selling any for the following is preferred:
PCs, Laptops and Servers
AV Kit
M365 Licences
Bit Defender, Sophos or similar any other security products for the SME market
Cloud solutions
