£50,000 - £55,000/annum

 As a Deputy Manager you will report directly to the Home Manager and step up to run the home in the managers absence.  You will have job satisfaction of being supported by a fantastic internal and external team that puts their staffing at the heart of their business. 

About you: - 
- You must be a Registered Nurse with an NMC Pin active - Please do not apply if you do not have one currently. 
- Have previous Deputy Home Manager Experience
- You should you have the ability to engage with staff, the residents families and being able to fully engage residents, to enable you to understand their wants, needs and wishes, which in turn provides them with excellent care. 
- You should be able to clearly identify referral pathways for Safeguarding adult / abuse. 
- You will have a very good knowledge of CQC Standards
- You will have the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with outside agencies, other care professionals, visitors and staff alike. 
- You will be able to promote ownership of Care programs by ensuring that the residents are involved in their care, to develop, agree and evaluate care programs within the home. 
- You need to want to exceed goals and targets set for the home, whilst ensuring that the highest provision of care is maintained at all times.
