Train Maintenance Technician Liverpool
Our client is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to work at their facility in Liverpool working a shift pattern of days/nights/weekends.
You will carry out maintenance and servicing, fault finding, repair and overhaul of traction and rolling stock to approved standards as set out in instructions and specifications and related working procedures. You will be involved in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
To be considered for the role you will have a strong Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance background, ideally with experience working on rolling stock. You’ll hold a recognised NVQ Level 3 or similar Engineering qualification. You will have good diagnostic and problem solving skills.
The role offers starting salary £34,477 which will rise to £45,969 on completion of training. You will be working a mixed shift pattern of days/nights and weekends which total 35 hours per week.
