Role Overview:

We’re hiring a HSESQ Systems Administrator to manage our Quentic software, ensuring optimal performance for our health, safety, environmental, and quality management needs

Key Responsibilities

• Software Administration: Manage user access, system integrity, and troubleshoot issues
• Customisation & Configuration: Tailor the software to fit HSESQ requirements and improve functionality
• User Training & Support: Train users and provide ongoing support
• Data Management & Analysis: Ensure data accuracy, generate insights, and create reports
• Compliance Support: Assist with HSEQ management systems and conduct audits.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English
• Strong computer / analytical skills
• Independent worker with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows OS
• Experience in software administration is a plus
