Role Overview: We’re seeking a Head of Sustainability to lead our sustainability strategy, integrating sustainable practices across our operations, reducing environmental impact, and promoting energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy with clear targets and KPIs.
• Operational Integration: Embed sustainable practices into procurement, project management, and operations.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and stay updated on industry trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies; represent STS at industry events.
• Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and promote renewable energy.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare sustainability reports and communicate goals and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in an environmental/sustainability role, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
